Entalis keeps evolving too…

Entalis was founded in 2010 by Frederik van Seijen. With a background in IT, complex projects, and implementations, Entalis evolved from IT services into training and workshops on new ways of working, with Agile as a key foundation. Coaching, team development, leadership, and broader organisational challenges followed.

Behind this evolution lies a constant drive: curiosity about different worlds and how people and organisations work. Exploring new environments, understanding what is happening, and discovering where we can add value.

That curiosity goes hand in hand with a critical eye. We explore new ideas and ways of working and like to look beyond the obvious, without simply copying what has worked elsewhere. What matters most is what fits these people, this organisation, and this particular challenge.

The experience behind Entalis is broad. Frederik has worked independently since 2007, gaining first-hand experience across a wide range of organisations through consultancy, interim management, Agile, coaching, and leadership. From telecoms and financial services to other sectors, from smaller organisations to large, complex enterprises. These experiences come together in the Entalis of today.

We also explore the practical potential of new technologies, including AI. Not as an end in itself, but as a way to improve processes, support people, and strengthen collaboration.
